You can save your progress at any time. When you have finished, you are ready to progress the task to a reviewer.

4. Progressing Tasks

A reviewer is a human being who will carefully read your text, checking for readability, othography (grammar and spelling) and conformity to the briefing.

Before you progress your task to a reviewer, be sure that your text:

- reads naturally, fluently, and contains relevant and well researched information
- contains no spelling or grammar mistakes. Double and triple check your text.
- conforms to the briefing 100%

When your text satisfies those three requirements you may submit your text for review.

CLICK Check for Plagiarism

We use a service for checking author texts for plagiarism called Copyscape. This identifies information copied from anywhere on the net.

The use of this feature costs 5 cents each time. The first time, we will not charge you for this. Should your text be returned to you for any reason, it means you did something wrong, must edit the text a second time, and run the plagiarism check again.

Therefore, it pays to get it right the first time.

If copyscape reports no duplicate content in your text, you can now:

CLICK Progress to Reviewer's Desk

Your text will now be in queue for reviewing, and you can begin a new task.

Conditional upon your text being passed by the reviewer, and accepted by the project manager, you can invoice Textprovider for the agreed fee.

Editing returned texts

Should your text be returned to you, it will appear in the tasks tab with the status 'ReturnedToAuthor'. You must edit the task according to the comments made by the reviewer.

The text must be checked it for plagiarism again. All subsequent plagiarism checks will be charged to the author.

Keyword Integration

Authors may integrate keywords in the following ways. In this example, the keyword is HOTEL + CITY:

HOTEL + MANCHESTER
HOTELS + MANCHESTER
MANCHESTER + HOTEL
MANCHESTER + HOTELS
MANCHESTER'S + HOTEL
MANCHESTER'S + HOTELS

Using 'in'

It's ok to separate the keyword HOTEL + CITY with the word 'in':

HOTEL + IN + MANCHESTER
HOTELS + IN + MANCHESTER
HOTEL + IN + MANCHESTER'S
HOTELS + IN + MANCHESTER'S
MANCHESTER + IN + HOTEL
MANCHESTER + IN + HOTELS

Other possible variations

The keyword HOTEL + CITY can also be seperated with the words 'at', 'near' and 'by':

Visitors staying in a HOTEL near MANCHESTER'S northern quarter tend to be...
Businesspeople staying in MANCHESTER at HOTELS with a view can expect to see...
For those staying in HOTELS by MANCHESTER'S Canal Street, be prepared for...

Punctuation

It is fine to integrate keywords with the help of punctuation, such as full stops and commas:

...HOTEL. CITY...
...HOTEL. CITY'S...
...HOTELS, CITY...
...HOTELS, CITY'S...
...CITY. HOTEL...
...CITY. HOTELS...
...CITY, HOTEL...
...CITY, HOTELS...

You can even use brackets to integrate keyword phrases:

...HOTEL (CITY...)
...HOTEL (CITY'S...)
...HOTELS (CITY...)
...HOTELS (CITY'S...)
...CITY (HOTEL...)
...CITY (HOTELS...)

Unaccepted keywords

...HOTEL room in CITY...
...CITY'S finest HOTELS...

in fact, any words other than 'in', 'at', 'near' or 'by' cannot be used to separate the keyword.
